- Stage 1
Talent Acquisition Review
The Fleet Talent Acquisition Team will review your application and, if you meet the required qualifications, you will be moved forward to the next stage of the process.

1st Job Interview
You'll chat with a leader from our Guest Svc Operations team to discuss your skills, experience, and ambitions in more detail. This is a great opportunity to get to know a teammate with whom you may be working!
- Stage 3
2nd Job Interview
Due to the nature of this role, we want to connect you to a senior leader from our Operations team. Like your previous meetings, you'll discuss your skills, experience, and ambitions in more detail.
- Stage 4
Conditional Offer
If we determine there’s a good fit, we’ll issue a conditional offer of employment. This means we intend to proceed with placement, pending verification of key requirements such as valid travel documents, medical fitness, necessary certifications, and successful background checks. We’ll support you throughout the onboarding process.

Hired
Congratulations! You're now ready for placement and will be eligible to receive your contracted assignment!
