Application
Once we've received your application, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will review it carefully. We'll schedule a chat if it looks like we may have a potential match.
- Stage 2
Talent Acquisition Interview
You’ll connect with a member of our Talent Acquisition team for an in‑depth conversation focused on your skills, professional experience, and career aspirations, as well as how your background aligns with this leadership opportunity.
- Stage 3
Operations Interview
You’ll meet with a leader from our Operations team to explore your background, leadership experience, and professional goals. This conversation also provides a great opportunity to get to know a teammate you may be partnering with and to learn more about how this role supports fleet operations.
- Stage 4
Conditional Offer
If we determine there is a strong fit, we will extend a conditional offer of employment. This indicates our intent to move forward with placement, subject to the completion of required administrative and compliance checks. These may include, but are not limited to, verification of a valid passport and travel documentation (including any required visas), a valid Medical Fitness Certificate, applicable Certificates of Competency and/or mandatory training, as well as successful completion of background and reference checks. Our team will support you throughout each step of the onboarding process.
