Stage 1

Application Received

This stage confirms that we have successfully received your application for the position. Our team will review your submission to ensure it meets the basic requirements for the role.

Stage 2

Review

Your application has successfully passed the initial screening and is now under review by our Talent Acquisition team. During this step, we carefully evaluate your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role requirements to determine if you will move forward to the next stage of the selection process.
Please note that this review is an important part of ensuring fairness and consistency in our hiring process. You will be notified once the review is complete and next steps are confirmed.
Stage 3

Talent Acquisition Interview

This stage involves a conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. The purpose of the interview is to learn more about your experience, skills, and career goals, as well as to provide you with additional details about the role and our organization.
It’s an opportunity for us to assess your fit for the position and for you to ask any questions you may have about the role or the recruitment process.
You will receive instructions regarding the date, time, and format of the interview.
Stage 4

Operations Interview

This is the final stage of the selection process, where you will meet with a representative from our Operations team. The purpose of this interview is to assess your technical knowledge, operational understanding, and ability to perform in the role’s day-to-day responsibilities.
It’s also an opportunity for you to gain deeper insights into the position, team structure, and expectations. Please come prepared to discuss your experience in detail and any questions you may have about the role.
You will receive confirmation of the date, time, and format of this interview.
Stage 5

Hired

The Hired stage confirms that you have formally accepted the offer of employment and is approved for shipboard assignment. All required hiring approvals are completed, and you transition from recruitment into pre‑boarding and deployment preparation, including contract issuance, medical and fitness‑to‑work clearance, travel documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with Fleet HR, Manning, Payroll, and shipboard leadership ahead of embarkation.
