- Stage 1
Application Received
Once your application has been received, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will conduct a thorough review of your qualifications. Should your background align with the requirements of the role, we will reach out to arrange a conversation to further explore the potential match.
- Stage 2
Talent Acquisition Interview
You will participate in a dedicated conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, during which your professional background, relevant experience, and long‑term career aspirations will be explored in greater depth
- Stage 3
Operations Interview
You will meet with a leader from our Operations team for an in‑depth discussion about your skills, professional experience, and long‑term aspirations. This conversation also provides an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about a potential future colleague and gain insight into the team you may be joining.
- Stage 4
Conditional Offer
If it is determined that your qualifications align with the requirements of the role, we will extend a conditional offer of employment. This indicates our intent to proceed with your placement, pending verification of several required administrative and compliance‑related elements. These may include, but are not limited to, confirmation of a valid passport and all necessary travel documentation (including visas), possession of a current Medical Fitness Certificate, and the required Certificates of Competency and/or mandatory training. Successful completion of background and reference checks is also required.
