Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application

Once we've received your application, a member of our Ambassador team will review it carefully.  We'll schedule a chat if it looks like we may have a potential match.
Stage 2

Operations Review

Your application is evaluated by the Corporate Entertainment Team. This step ensures that your profile aligns not only with the job description but also with the practical needs of the role, such as scheduling, location, and team dynamics. Operations may assess your availability, work history, and how well you would integrate into their current setup. Their feedback helps determine whether you’re a good fit for the role from an operational standpoint and can influence whether you move forward in the hiring process.
Stage 3

Operations Interview

At this stage, you’ll meet with a representative from our Operations team to discuss how your experience and working style align with the practical demands of the role. The conversation will focus on your ability to perform in real-world scenarios, adapt to operational routines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities and expectations, and for us to assess how well you would integrate into our operational environment.
Stage 4

Conditional Offer

If it looks like we have a fit, we'll extend a conditional offer of employment. This means that we'd like to move forward with placement but there are a few administrative details we need to verify first. This includes, but isn't necessarily limited to, possession of a valid passport and travel documents (including necessary visas), a valid Medical Fitness Certificate, and required Certificates of Competency (and/or training); as well as successful completion of background and reference checks. We'll be here to support you along the way during onboarding.
