Internal Transfer Applications must be submitted to your Human Resources Officer no later than the expiration date of the job posting for consideration. Once the posting expires, it will be closed, and no further applications will be accepted until the next opportunity arises. Please be aware that you are allowed to apply for only one transfer opportunity at a time. 

All candidates will be required to undergo an internal screening process to ensure that all internal transfer applications are evaluated fairly, consistently, and in alignment with the organization's operational needs. This process may include live and/or on-demand video interviews, assessment tests, and other relevant evaluations.

If you meet both the program and job requirements, the Human Resources Officer will coordinate an initial interview, along with any additional assessments that may be required as part of the application process.

Upon completion of the interview process, if you are recommended for transfer by shipboard management, the Human Resources Officer will submit your Internal Transfer Application to Fleet Talent Acquisition on your behalf for further consideration.

You will be notified via email at each stage of the process, including updates on your application status and the final outcome.

Kindly note that any application submitted bypassing the Human Resources Officer will be automatically rejected.
