Hotel
Our Hotel Department unites Guest Services, Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Culinary teams, all committed to excellence. Deck
Led by the Captain, the Deck Department manages ship navigation and safety, including environmental and health protocols. Working with Technical staff, they keep equipment up to standards. From Deck Clerks to Captains, and Officers to Watchkeepers, the team ensures compliance and safe passage.
Technical
The Technical department ensures the efficient operation and maintenance of all ship machinery, including power, HVAC, and support systems for deck, hotel, and entertainment. Committed to safety, security, and environmental care, it offers diverse roles and career paths in a dynamic setting.
Entertainment
Princess Cruises Entertainment offers the finest entertainment at sea, featuring production shows, entertainers, and piazza performances. Our dedicated staff, led by Cruise Directors, plans a mix of game shows, trivia, bingo, pool games, dance classes, and karaoke to keep guests entertained.
Human Resources
The shipboard HR team works with shoreside Employee Relations to uphold HR policies and core values, oversee Crew Welfare, and create a better work environment onboard. They support management to enhance the employee experience, ensuring a productive, positive workplace for all.
Medical
The shipboard medical department delivers high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based healthcare to both guests and crew. In a diverse and welcoming environment, our medical staff offers a broad spectrum of medical care, supported by a skilled team in a state-of-the-art, well-equipped shipboard medical center.
